We offer free returns on unworn items in their original condition (undamaged, unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of purchase, and free exchanges for store credit within the first 100 days after purchase. Store credit is redeemable online at ministryofsupply.com or in-store.
All other Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
- Are in new, unworn condition, with original hangtags attached
- Do not have tears, pilling, sweat stains, makeup stains or other visible markings
- Have not been altered, washed or otherwise damaged
We charge a $25 return fee for international returns, which is deducted from your refund. There is no return fee for exchanges or site credit. International customers are responsible for any duties/fees that may apply from return or exchange shipping.

How do I start a return or exchange?
There are two ways to exchange or return your gear:
Return (or exchange) in person at one of our store locations
Visit our Boston Flagship store, where one of our retail associates will be more than happy to help you return or exchange your item.
No receipt, return label, or shipping box necessary! Once your drop off your package, your exchange/refund will be initiated immediately.
Return or exchange via the mail
1. Start by visiting our Online Returns Center. Enter your Order Number & Zip Code.
- If you don't know the Shipping Zip Code, or do not have one, enter the email address used to place the order
2. Select the item(s) you'd like to send back
3. Let us know if the item has been washed or worn and what you didn't like about your gear, and add optional comments to let us know more details (though comments are not required).
4. Select Exchange for a new size or color (if available) or Site Credit. Select Return or Exchange for different item to exchange for something new with a $15 Bonus Credit.
5. Confirm your Return or Exchange.
6. Print the Return Shipping Label and Packing Slip. Place your item(s) and Packing Slip inside the return package.
6. Drop off your package at the carrier listed on the label.
Return Item Eligibility
All items are eligible for return or exchanges unless they are marked as Final Sale. Final Sale items are clearly marked on their specific product pages prior to checkout. Final Sale items include Last Chance Sale, Previous Generation, Capsule Sale, Gift Cards and As-Is items. All other Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:
- are in new, unworn condition, with original hangtags attached
- do not have tears, pilling, sweat stains, makeup stains or other visible markings
- have not been altered, washed or otherwise damaged
- not marked as Final Sale on the product page
Masks and Mask Filters
Masks and Mask Filters are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. This is to ensure the safety of our warehouse partners as well as our customers.
Homeº Apollo Climate Control Duvets
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return on purchases of our Homeº Apollo Climate Control Duvet. Duvets must be unopened in new, unused condition to be eligible for a refund. Opened or lightly used duvets will only be eligible for site credit.
‘First-try’ Policy for Boxer Briefs
If your first pair of Boxer Briefs didn’t fit quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days from purchase.
