We fulfill items from both our retail locations and our fulfillment center. Our fulfillment center typically fulfills orders within 24-72 business hours (excluding preorder/presale items) and is open 9am - 4pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Orders placed anytime after 1pm EST will be shipped the following business day and orders placed on the weekend typically ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.
Please note: Our fulfillment center gets to your order quickly that changes to shipping address or order can rarely happen. If you made an error or need to adjust your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can help with an alternate solution. We are unable to make any updates or changes to your order once it has been shipped.
