How do I make a return internationally?

If you need to exchange or return any unworn/unused gear (within 100 days of purchase), send us an email to and we'll help out. We thrive on feedback so be sure to include what didn't work for you, and we'll help wherever possible. 

When requesting an international exchange/return, please include the below information:

  • Order Number:
  • Item(s) Returning:
  • Reason for Exchange/Return:
  • Whether you would like Store Credit or Refund:

Refunds are issued once your item has been received and processed by our fulfillment center. Please note, this can take up to 1 week after delivery.

All international customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including customs/duties and fees.
