Until further notice, we ask that you do not bring returns to stores: instead, please utilize our online returns center to process any returns or exchanges. If you need help packaging, printing a return label, or mailing your return items, call or email your local store for assistance.
Update 4.15.20: For our customers who have orders with a “return by date” which falls within the period that our stores are closed due to COVID-19, we will offer a 30-day extension from the time our stores open again for merchandise to be returned in store or online. We have a 100-day return and exchange policy. All refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, wherever possible. In the unlikely event that your authorization period has ended, we will issue a PayPal credit. Orders paid by cash can be returned in-store to receive cash, otherwise, store credit will be issued. We understand that while we trust that our products are designed, produced, and manufactured in the best way possible, there's always room for improvement. We want you to get into gear from us that makes you 100% happy and while we are still expanding, it may take our customers a few tries to find that perfect fit, feel, and aesthetic exactly for you. We offer free shipping, returns, and exchanges on any gear that has not been used or altered/tailored as a favor for your support, understanding, and flexibility.
If you need to make a return or exchange and are in the U.S., you can do so directly from our online portal operated by Happy Returns.
If you are located internationally, need to return or exchange something purchased at one of our retail locations, or from one of our wholesale partners, please email us at email@example.com.
Note the term “used” meaning for the gear’s intended purpose, such as wearing to work, for a weekend getaway, or out to dinner. Taking the gear for a “test-drive” then deciding you don’t like it or would like a different color is not permitted. Any items returned that are altered/tailored, washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for refund or credit, and the item will be forfeited. We monitor account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
